Location: Field territory covering San Francisco, San Jose, Santa Clara, Santa Rosa, Monterey, Palo Alto, and San Mateo, California. Relocation is not offered for this role.
Salary: $140,465β$190,041 annual base salary, plus eligible incentives and benefits.

What you will do
- Act as the primary customer contact and provide clinical knowledge of oncology products to medical professionals.
- Communicate the clinical and economic value of products and execute branded sales messages and educational programs.
- Create and implement territory plans, manage accounts, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Ensure product access, triage reimbursement issues, and maintain product contracts.
- Develop marketing strategies, analyze sales effectiveness, and review territory performance with the District Manager.
- Monitor oncology disease-state developments, industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of sales or relevant healthcare/scientific clinical experience; or an associate degree plus 6 years; or a high school diploma/GED plus 8 years.
- Experience may include sales and/or clinical work in healthcare or a scientific field.
- Strong planning, organization, communication, relationship-building, and results-oriented skills.
- Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders and manage a defined local territory.
Nice to have
- Oncology experience.
- Three or more years of sales or marketing experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or medical device industries.
- Product or hospital sales experience in oncology or other listed therapeutic areas.
- Local market knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration.
