Clinical Nurse Educator, Immunology

Location: Remote, field-based in the United States, covering an assigned multi-state territory. Travel: 60–80% travel, including overnight travel.

What you will do

• Deliver in-service and administration-technique education on immunoglobulin replacement therapy to nurses, infusion staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide primary immunodeficiency education to clinical staff, patients, caregivers, and patient advocacy groups.
• Support onboarding of newly initiated patients, including administration training and recognition of adverse events.
• Coordinate consistent education plans with Medical Science Liaisons, Medical Affairs, and the Commercial organization.
• Plan territory coverage, prioritize accounts, document field activity in the CRM, and represent ADMA at scientific and patient advocacy conferences.
• Keep educational activities non-promotional and compliant with FDA regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.
• 5–8+ years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 5 years of direct IVIG/SCIG infusion experience.
• Experience across at least two care settings, preferably hospital, home infusion, or ambulatory infusion suite environments.
• Immunoglobulin Certified Nurse credential or eligibility to sit for the exam; certification is required within 60 days–6 months of hire and must be maintained.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state or states covered by the assigned US territory.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, goal orientation, and adherence to FDA and data privacy requirements.
