Location: Remote, field-based in the United States; candidates must currently reside in Northern California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Alaska, preferably near San Francisco, Sacramento, Portland, or Seattle. The role requires 60–80% travel, proximity to an airline hub, regular air travel, and occasional weekend work.
Annual base salary: $230,900–$384,800, plus a 25% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do
- Lead medical strategy and engagement with healthcare professionals and other priority customers across the assigned malignant hematology territory.
- Provide accurate, scientifically supported information about medicines and malignant hematology topics in response to unsolicited medical requests.
- Identify potential sites and under-represented patient populations for -sponsored clinical trials and support Investigator Sponsored Research.
- Communicate current congress data, disease-state literature, study design, methodology, data analysis, and interpretation to customers.
- Gather local patient, healthcare, and customer insights while collaborating with Medical Affairs, Oncology R&D, Global Product Development, Corporate Affairs, and field colleagues.
- Represent Medical Affairs with clinical and professional associations, lead territory activities, and mentor colleagues.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in malignant hematology, with recognized subject-matter expertise.
- Current residence in Northern California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Alaska.
- Ability to manage projects in a remote environment, prioritize effectively, exercise sound judgment, and work in a matrixed multidisciplinary organization.
- Excellent oral and written communication, collaboration, leadership, problem-solving, and digital technology skills.
- Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

- Deep clinical expertise in malignant hematology and previous Field Medical experience.
- Established healthcare professional network across Northern California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Alaska.
- Familiarity with and external SOPs, rules, and regulations governing customer interactions.
- Experience influencing, coaching, mentoring, and collaborating across internal and external stakeholders.
