What you will do

• Draft, review, negotiate and administer NDAs, customer and supplier agreements, distribution arrangements, manufacturing and services agreements, employment documents and corporate records.
• Support practical legal advice across commercial, corporate, compliance, employment, intellectual property, privacy, export control and regulatory matters.
• Develop and maintain legal and compliance frameworks, policies, procedures and governance processes.
• Conduct legal research and prepare briefings on legislative, regulatory and industry developments affecting global operations.
• Manage contract lifecycle activities, third-party onboarding, due diligence, risk assessments and legal documentation.
• Support legal technology, document automation, AI-enabled workflows, investigations, audits and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Final-year Bachelor of Laws student or holder of a completed Bachelor of Laws degree.
• Strong interest in commercial law, corporate governance, compliance, technology and legal operations.
• Ability to analyse legal issues, conduct research and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with business stakeholders.
• Proactive, adaptable and commercially minded approach to problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in a legal support, paralegal or legal operations role, preferably in-house or in a law firm serving corporate, technology, defence or regulated-industry clients.
• Experience or interest in defence, aerospace, telecommunications, export controls, government contracting or regulated technology.
