Salary: $212,300 - $292,000

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing legal operations team focused on innovation and accountability.
• Define and execute the department's long-term strategic roadmap and drive change management initiatives.
• Develop the Legal organization's technology and AI strategy, including the implementation of CLM, e-billing, and generative AI tools.
• Design and implement scalable processes and operating procedures to improve efficiency and risk management.
• Oversee the Legal department's budget, financial planning, and vendor governance for outside counsel.
• Lead enterprise-class knowledge management initiatives to standardize and reuse legal resources globally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Legal Operations, Legal Technology, or Contract Administration.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
• Experience leading legal operations within a complex, global, publicly traded organization.
• Proven track record of implementing legal technology platforms like CLM and matter management.
• Experience driving the adoption of AI-enabled solutions and understanding of AI governance and privacy.

Nice to have

• J.D., MBA, or other advanced degree.
• Certification in Legal Operations, Project Management, or Change Management.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
• Deep familiarity with generative AI platforms and emerging legal technology trends.
