E-commerce Project Manager (Maternity Cover) Fixed term (iGaming)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid work combining home and office work

What you will do

• Lead e-commerce platform projects, defining scope, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate internal teams across social, blog, loyalty, lifecycle, and customer support functions.
• Manage third-party service providers and communication among stakeholders, developers, designers, and agencies.
• Oversee platform development, maintenance, usability, performance, troubleshooting, and automated solutions.
• Integrate promotional campaigns and product launches, track campaign performance, and recommend improvements.
• Monitor sales, transactions, traffic, conversion, and customer engagement metrics while driving post-launch optimization.

Requirements

• Experience delivering complex e-commerce and website projects from concept through launch.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms, including website updates and content management.
• Understanding of e-commerce operations, digital customer journeys, conversion-focused UX, SEO, web analytics, GTM tracking, and website performance optimization.
• Basic HTML, CSS, and website troubleshooting knowledge for effective collaboration with developers and agencies.
• Experience with agile development teams, sprint planning, release management, stakeholder coordination, and multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
