What you will do

• Develop and manage clinical project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate delivery across global matrix environments.
• Monitor study progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through updates, reports, and performance metrics.
• Control project scope, change requests, priorities, governance, quality standards, and delivery milestones.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery, operational efficiency, and team performance.

Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager responsible for full studies from inception to completion.
• Therapeutic experience in dermatology, MASH/hepatology, or gastrointestinal medicine; cardiovascular experience may also be considered.
• Significant project management and team leadership experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, healthcare, or life sciences environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organisation, communication, stakeholder management, and prioritisation skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is advantageous.
