Project Manager - Independent DMC and Endpoint Adjudication (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Lead Independent Data Monitoring Committee and Endpoint Adjudication projects from planning through delivery.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to support successful execution.
• Coordinate with innovation, data science, technology, and clinical project teams to define objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track and within scope.
• Facilitate communication with project teams and stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
• Support the integration of emerging technologies and innovative solutions into clinical research services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in innovation management, data science, project management, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience managing innovation or technology-driven projects.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to cross-functional work.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with endpoint adjudication is preferred; a background in data management or technology systems is advantageous.
