Senior Scrum Master (Maternity Cover)

What you will do

• Manage delivery of in-scope products in line with product backlog priorities and roadmaps across multiple Scrum teams.
• Facilitate Scrum events and coordinate team work during sprints.
• Partner with Product Owners to refine and groom backlog items for development.
• Remove impediments through troubleshooting and support conflict resolution.
• Coach teams on Scrum principles, agile practices, self-organisation, and continuous improvement.
• Promote team performance, accountability, and successful delivery while complying with corporate procedures.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in complex software development.
• Proven record of successful project delivery and data-driven continuous improvement.
• Experience leading local and offshore development teams.
• Degree in Business Computing, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or equivalent industry and technical experience.
• Relevant industry certifications, accreditations, or specialisation.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
