Freelance Project Manager (Ad Tech)

Location: Fully remote from anywhere; ability to work across US and European time zones required.

hirify.global is a React and Next.js digital agency and Ad Tech startup building products for clients across the US and Europe, with expertise in AI, fintech, Ad Tech, igaming, healthcare, and e-commerce.

What you will do

• Manage multiple client projects across industries and time zones, keeping scope, timelines, budgets, and risks under control.
• Define project scope, deliverables, success criteria, proposals, and pricing from the first client conversation through presales.
• Lead discovery workshops and translate complex requirements into actionable iterations, user stories, backlogs, and roadmaps.
• Run Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Coordinate design, engineering, and QA to validate requirements and ensure delivered features meet client and user needs.
• Provide clear project updates, maintain documentation, monitor KPIs, and test completed features before delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of project management experience in a digital agency environment.
• Hands-on experience with presales, proposal writing, project scoping, and discovery workshops.
• Strong understanding of digital product development, product thinking, backlog management, user stories, and Agile delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients, challenge requirements, and advocate for solutions that address the underlying business problem.
• Fluent English at C1 level or above, with strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing work; ability to collaborate across US and European time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience in Web3, DeFi, fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce.
• Familiarity with Jira, Notion, Linear, or similar project and product management tools.
• Experience working with distributed international teams.
