Senior Services Project Manager (French or Spanish)

Location: Hybrid role in Varna, Bulgaria; standard UK working hours and up to 25% travel based on project needs.

Salary: €24,900–€33,550 gross annual, with potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Deliver hirify.global Ready HCM implementations across the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate customers, consultants, technical build teams, and project resources.
• Manage requirements, staffing, budgets, schedules, risks, issues, and status reporting.
• Lead executive meetings, escalations, presentations, and customer communications.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with project managers, payroll managers, and senior client stakeholders.
• Mentor colleagues, improve delivery practices, and identify additional revenue opportunities within accounts.

Requirements

• Experience managing packaged applications through the full implementation lifecycle for global customers.
• Background in ERP, CRM, HRMS, HCM, payroll, or related systems.
• Strong leadership, project scheduling, presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to present to large and diverse audiences, including C-level executives.
• English plus French or Spanish is required.
• Working knowledge of MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and Salesforce.

Nice to have

• Broad knowledge of labor management, HR, payroll, ERP, or similar domain products.
• Experience with enterprise-level deployments and multiple concurrent workstreams.
