Sales Manager (Channel)

Location: Remote office in Queensland, Australia; travel within Australia is expected

What you will do

• Meet quarterly sales quotas and assigned objectives.
• Grow market share and brand visibility across key market segments and channels.
• Build partnerships with system integrators, distributors, resellers, and other key channel partners.
• Develop pricing, sales, and go-to-market strategies for the territory.
• Collaborate with Channel and Digital Marketing teams to drive customer demand, education, and awareness.
• Provide demand forecasts and assess the competitive landscape and channel presence across the territory.

Requirements

• 8+ years of sales experience in channel, distribution, or vendor management, preferably in the IT component industry.
• Existing relationships with storage, PC, or gaming system integrators and experience managing these accounts.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, collaborate internationally, and take initiative.
• Fluent English in oral and written communication is mandatory.
