What you will do

• Identify, onboard, and manage MSP, reseller, and distributor partners across LATAM.
• Provide training and pre-sales and post-sales support to local distributors.
• Develop channel sales strategies to increase revenue and support distributor-led sales.
• Support the rollout of the Pay-as-you-Go distribution model for aggregating smaller MSPs and scaling revenue.
• Coordinate with Solutions Architects to provide partners with technical guidance.
• Help distributors use marketing development funds and co-financed resources to increase awareness and sales.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in channel or partner sales, preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure.
• Proven experience building and managing relationships with distributors, resellers, or MSPs.
• Understanding of channel sales models, incentive structures, and partner enablement programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for supporting partners across different regions.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple partners simultaneously.
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, remote-first environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with distribution programs in hosting or cybersecurity.
