Accountant – Accounts Receivable (Junior)

What you will do

• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up with customers on outstanding balances.
• Assist with collections escalations and reconcile accounts receivable balances.
• Support monthly reconciliations, accruals, adjusting journal entries, and month-end close activities.
• Prepare general ledger entries, maintain accounting ledgers, and reconcile prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to requests.
• Review Concur reports, prepare analysis and ad hoc reports, and recommend improvements to accounting processes and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a corporate setting.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience maintaining reconciliations, journal entries, ledgers, and accounting records.
• Ability to support audits, reporting, and compliance with internal accounting policies.

Nice to have

• Experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience working with international and remote teams.
• Experience with Sage Intacct.
