Global Accounts Receivable Manager (SaaS)

Provides B2B software productivity tools across database, developer, and testing product divisions for more than 50,000 customers worldwide.

What you will do

• Lead daily collections operations across domestic and international customer accounts, including billing, cash application, credits, and receivables reconciliations.
• Develop collection strategies to improve cash flow, reduce past-due balances, and support DSO and bad debt objectives.
• Monitor AR aging, delinquency, unapplied cash, deductions, disputes, payment behavior, credit risk, and portfolio health.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Billing, Revenue Operations, Legal, Treasury, and business-unit leaders to resolve disputes and improve collectability.
• Establish scalable collection policies, workflows, escalation paths, SOPs, reporting, and internal controls across business units.
• Lead, coach, and develop the accounts receivable team while identifying automation opportunities and adopting AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or order-to-cash functions.
• 3+ years of experience leading collections teams, AR operations, or multi-account B2B portfolios.
• Experience in a software, SaaS, or technology-driven company with strong knowledge of billing, collections, cash application, credits, reconciliations, and dispute resolution.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, negotiation, and customer-escalation management skills.
• Experience with ERP, billing, and CRM platforms such as NetSuite, Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Chargebee, Zuora, or similar systems.

• Experience in global, multi-entity, high-growth, or acquisitive software organizations.
• Experience with recurring revenue models, billing platform ownership, AR automation, or finance transformation.
• Experience with credit reviews, payment-term management, high-risk accounts, or distributed and shared-services teams.
• Accounting degree or relevant professional certification.
