• Develop comprehensive change management deliverables, including communication, coaching, and training plans.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in project management or HR.
• Minimum 4 years of experience leading HR transformation or strategic projects.
• Deep knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional implementation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, high-complexity environments.
• Proficiency in project management approaches and lifecycle phases.
