What you will do

• Drive execution of multiple initiatives across the global Finance transformation program.
• Build and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and reporting.
• Conduct change impact assessments and execute communication and engagement plans.
• Partner with regional finance leaders (CFOs), SMEs, and operations teams to ensure consistent execution.
• Monitor adoption and intervene to improve outcomes and value realization.
• Provide clear, actionable updates to program leadership and manage risks and escalations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or MBA is a plus).
• ~5 years of experience in Project Management, Transformation Coordination, or Change Management.
• Must be based in Poland.
• Experience in multinational, matrix organizations.
• Strong project management fundamentals and practical change management experience.
• Ability to translate complex topics into simple, actionable messages.

Nice to have

• Exposure to finance transformation or operational change programs.
• Experience as a change champion, project coordinator, or transformation contributor.
• Exposure to global transitions or operating model changes.
• Ability to operate across different delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
