Procurement Lead - Functional Expert (H/F) (AI)

Location: Massy, France; hybrid model with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote. Business travel is required approximately 25% of the time.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Procure-to-Pay, Source-to-Contract, and Supplier Relationship Management processes through go-live.
• Deploy agentic AI solutions using procurement expertise, natural language prompting, and functional logic tailored to client requirements.
• Partner with solution architects on workshops, product demonstrations, fit-gap analyses, best-practice sharing, and functional design documentation.
• Support partners during implementation through design feedback, configuration reviews, solution configuration, and delivery planning.
• Collect customer feedback to evaluate and improve product features.
• Provide PMO and change-management support to drive end-user adoption.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in procurement, business, management, supply chain management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of functional experience in procurement, Supplier Relationship Management, and supply chain.
• Experience leading digital transformation through cloud procurement platforms and using natural language for AI or automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of the Source-to-Pay cycle and excellent project-management skills.
• Experience managing client and partner relationships, facilitating workshops, and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Excellent command of English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with software and SaaS implementation projects.
• Procurement or project-management certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or PMP.
