TL;DR
IT Integrator (Banking Technology): Translating business objectives into implementation roadmaps and coordinating end-to-end technology delivery across squads, Tribes, and stakeholders with an accent on business–IT alignment, dependency management, and MVP prioritization. Focus on challenging solution design choices, managing delivery risks and blockers, and enabling effective collaboration across complex initiatives.

What you will do
- Translate strategic business objectives into implementation roadmaps and clear features.
- Coordinate delivery across squads, Tribes, Product Leads, Architects, Squad Masters, Engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage dependencies, risks, blockers, and multiple priorities throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support feature prioritization with a strong MVP mindset.
- Align Business and IT and challenge teams on solution design and implementation choices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and effective ways of working.
Requirements
- Around 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience translating business needs into IT solutions.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery, integration concepts, and software architecture.
- Ability to balance priorities, influence without formal authority, and take ownership.
- Good knowledge of English; a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
