What you will do

• Support the governance, structuring, monitoring, and execution of strategic and transformation projects across the Fibre Cement Platform.
• Coordinate and track a portfolio of strategic initiatives, providing progress visibility and supporting successful delivery.
• Collaborate with project managers and senior business leaders to improve project management excellence and PMO maturity.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Support the deployment and performance monitoring of the SHINE Commercial Excellence program across regions and business units.
• Conduct pricing analysis and contribute to commercial activation, CRM, customer service, installer loyalty, and process excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Engineering with a business focus, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable business insights.
• Affinity with Commercial Excellence and Business Transformation initiatives.
• Experience or exposure to project management, business analytics, business case modeling, and commercial performance analysis.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Structured and organized approach, with the ability to support and challenge project managers.
