Location: Sydney or Melbourne, Australia; regular travel to venues is required.

What you will do
- Analyse historical sales and labour performance to identify and quantify productivity and efficiency opportunities across venue segments.
- Build and maintain venue segmentation frameworks and labour productivity benchmarks.
- Develop demand-forecasting models that translate sales drivers into granular required labour hours.
- Support the discovery and business case development for advanced workforce planning and enterprise rostering tools.
- Translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights for Publicans and Area Managers.
- Help Finance estimate and track economic and process benefits after implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Experience in workforce management and familiarity with enterprise scheduling software such as UKG.
- Proficiency with GCP, dbt, SQL, and Tableau.
- Experience building predictive forecasting models and applying advanced analytics, including AI.
- Ability to work from Sydney or Melbourne and travel to venues to understand operational conditions.
