Implementation Strategist (AI)

Location: Remote; ability to travel within the US required

What you will do

• Own onboarding and training for new dispensary customers launching on the platform.
• Guide customers through configuration, product fundamentals, and best practices across POS, e-commerce, loyalty and marketing, mobile apps, and related products.
• Manage white-label mobile app submissions and releases through App Store Connect and Google Play Console, including handling rejections and suspensions.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable steps for non-technical operators.
• Manage project timelines and customer records in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Customer Success to prevent issues and surface customer feedback for product development.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as SaaS implementation, POS, account management, or solutions engineering.
• Clear, empathetic, and polished communication across phone, email, and video.
• Strong organization and adaptability while managing multiple projects at different stages.
• Technical comfort with App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and Firebase without needing to write code.
• Ability to learn new platforms and industries quickly and work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Ability to travel within the US.

• Salesforce familiarity.
• Retail cannabis or dispensary operations experience.
• METRC or BioTrack experience.
• PMP certification.
• Looker or other BI tool familiarity.
