Implementation Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote within the United States

Base salary: $145,500–$182,000 in Zone 1 (San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle Metro, New York City) or $127,500–$159,500 in Zone 2 (all other U.S. locations), plus a 20% variable component and equity.

What you will do

• Own the full implementation lifecycle for lender customers, from kickoff through go-live and adoption.
• Implement Digital Close, eVault, QC Suite, and newly released products.
• Act as a trusted advisor by diagnosing customer environments, constraints, and adoption needs.
• Build project plans, track milestones, and maintain customer communication cadences.
• Drive training, process guidance, operational readiness, and change management across customer organizations.
• Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Sales on alignment, handoffs, escalations, and methodology improvements.

Requirements

• End-to-end vendor-side experience delivering complex SaaS implementations.
• Experience with project plans, milestone tracking, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to learn complex customer environments quickly and manage high-stakes customer conversations.
• Understanding of technical integration concepts such as APIs, SSO, and data configuration.
• Strong judgment, proactive communication, change management skills, and curiosity.
• Active use of AI tools in daily work and ability to identify practical AI applications for implementation delivery.
