Salary: $143,000–$236,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Lead hirify.global-owned customer engagements and implementation programs, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget, and to required quality standards.
• Act as the primary customer liaison and trusted advisor, aligning services with long-term strategic objectives.
• Establish engagement governance, manage interdependencies, and coordinate internal teams, customers, and external partners.
• Own engagement financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and corrective actions.
• Identify and mitigate project and strategic risks, manage escalations, and communicate mitigation plans.
• Support sales cycles by developing value roadmaps, proposals, Statements of Work, Work Orders, Change Orders, and estimates.

• Exceptional executive communication and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Strong strategic planning, business acumen, financial management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop talent.
• Strong sales acumen and ability to identify business development opportunities.
• High-level knowledge of the hirify.global catalog and capabilities, with maintained hirify.global certification.
• Knowledge of hirify.global Cloud and maintained AWS certification, plus insurance industry knowledge for the operating country or region.
