Delivery Assurance Lead Consultant (AMER) (Enterprise Software/Partner Quality): Executing delivery assurance and partner quality processes for Guidewire implementations across the Americas with an accent on engagement reviews, capability assessments, standards adherence, and delivery risk management. Focus on analyzing project and partner signals, validating AI-generated findings, coordinating governance reviews, and tracking mitigation actions through closure.
Location: United States - Remote
Salary: $124,000–$223,000 annual base salary

What you will do
- Coordinate the AMER Delivery Assurance review process for SI-led and -involved engagements.
- Gather project artifacts, metrics, status information, and other inputs for delivery reviews.
- Support the Partner Capability Maturity Model process by reviewing AI-generated findings, validating assessments, and providing feedback.
- Conduct engagement assurance activities for high-risk programs, including stakeholder interviews, workshops, risk assessments, and mitigation planning.
- Develop partner scorecards, quality KPIs, dashboards, trackers, and executive-ready governance materials.
- Capture lessons learned, refine standards and tools, and track follow-up actions through closure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in professional services, project or program management, PMO, delivery governance, or related roles in enterprise software or consulting.
- Direct experience with products and implementations.
- Experience in property and casualty insurance or a closely related industry.
- Experience supporting customer implementation projects and working with system integrators or partner ecosystems.
- Understanding of project scope, schedule, risk, quality, and budget management, including governance reviews and action tracking.
- Strong organizational, analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with quality programs or capability maturity models.
- Project, program management, risk management, or governance certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or SAFe.
- Experience in quality, audit, PMO, or assurance functions within a services or partner ecosystem.
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
