Customer Engineer III (Photomask Lithography)

Location: Allen, Texas, United States; on-site customer facility. Travel required up to 25% of the time; relocation eligible.

Salary: $37.00–$51.20 per hour

What you will do

• Install, maintain, and upgrade photolithography and mask laser writer equipment at the customer site.
• Troubleshoot complex issues using diagnostic tools, documentation, and digital analytics.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems.
• Follow and create documented procedures and published task plans.
• Communicate with customers and internal business units and lead projects or product meetings as needed.
• Train and mentor junior field service engineers.

Requirements

• Associate degree or comparable military technical training combined with field service experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in the semiconductor or equipment-support industry.
• Advanced mechanical aptitude in pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, and/or thermodynamics.
• Strong knowledge of hand tools and digital multimeters; ability to use test equipment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a passport if travel is required.
• Ability to meet all on-site safety, environmental, clean-room, and physical requirements.

Nice to have

• Precision mechanical equipment repair experience.
• Oscilloscope experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Project management skills and experience leading customer or internal product meetings.
