Technical Program Manager Engineering Operations

What you will do

• Run the engineering team's operating rhythm, including standups, status tracking, blocker resolution, escalations, and leadership reporting.
• Coordinate information security and compliance workstreams, including access reviews, audit evidence collection, and policy rollouts.
• Manage vendors end to end, covering contracts, account migrations, renewals, procurement tracking, and third-party provider communication.
• Document engineering processes and runbooks while tracking knowledge transfer, onboarding progress, and single-person dependencies.
• Maintain hiring and onboarding trackers, dependency maps, risk registers, and transition plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Engineering Operations Manager in a software company.
• Experience with compliance or audit-related programs such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar initiatives alongside engineering teams.
• Experience managing vendors or procurement, including SaaS contracts, procurement or EOR platforms, and license management.
• Excellent written English and the ability to read technical material and participate effectively in engineering discussions.
• Fluency with Jira, Asana, Notion, or Confluence.
