Technical Program Manager (2 year FTC)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex, multi-year technology programs and projects across the supply chain.
• Own scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, readiness checkpoints, and delivery outcomes.
• Resolve cross-program sequencing conflicts, resource bottlenecks, and dependencies across Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, and GTS.
• Present delivery status, risks, decisions, dependency impacts, and capacity impacts to governance forums and executive stakeholders.
• Coach project and program managers in Singapore and Malaysia and provide delivery continuity and escalation leadership.
• Improve governance and delivery practices through Jira, Confluence, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technical project or program management in complex environments.
• Experience delivering large-scale technology solutions from planning through cutover and stabilization.
• Experience managing multi-vendor and systems-integrator-led programs, commercial scope, change management, and contractually bound deliverables.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, executive communication, influencing, ambiguity management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.

Nice to have

• Experience in supply chain or multi-domain environments.
• PMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with portfolio-level planning or governance models.
• Exposure to AI-enabled delivery optimization approaches.
