Engineering Program Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: Singapore, Singapore. Eligible to work in Singapore.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end in-fab repair program, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate Legal, Trade Compliance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sustaining Engineering, and Field Operations.
• Manage supplier engagement, RFQs, purchase orders, contracts, repair BOMs, tooling, and cross-border logistics.
• Define and govern SOPs, RACI models, workflow diagrams, decision trees, document control, and operating playbooks.
• Lead ECO release management from initiation and review through approval, release, and field rollout.
• Run operating reviews, manage risks and issues, track KPIs, and drive corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience in semiconductor capital equipment, high-tech manufacturing, or complex engineering operations.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs involving legal, trade compliance, procurement, logistics, and engineering.
• Working knowledge of export controls, trade compliance, customs, enterprise process governance, and document control.
• Experience with ECO release management and engineering change-control frameworks.
• Fluent written and spoken English and eligibility to work in Singapore required.

Nice to have

• Working proficiency in Mandarin for coordination with China field and customer teams.
• Experience in a semiconductor OEM service or sustaining organization.
• Technical experience with semiconductor equipment, electronics, or opto-mechanical systems.
