What you will do

• Lead and govern the annual and multi-year portfolio of plant margin improvement and productivity initiatives.
• Build a pipeline of opportunities and drive initiatives from concept through execution, benefit realization, and sustainment.
• Establish governance, milestones, ownership, risk management, escalation paths, and reporting cadence.
• Develop business cases and investment proposals for strategic and margin improvement projects.
• Partner with Finance to validate savings, ROI, payback, and measurable, auditable benefits.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders, remove barriers, and accelerate decisions and change execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs.
• Proven success delivering material productivity, cost, and operational performance improvements.
• Expertise in margin improvement, operational excellence, Lean, structured problem solving, business case development, ROI analysis, and savings validation.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• PMP certification.
