APAC Transformation Lead (Strategic Commercial Projects)

Location: Singapore, with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days per week working remotely. Must have valid working rights in Australia as a citizen or permanent resident.

What you will do

• Lead regional strategic commercial transformation projects across ANZ/APAC.
• Establish PMO governance, integrated plans, decision logs, dependency tracking, and milestone reporting.
• Coordinate Supply Chain and related-function workstreams, maintaining clear priorities, owners, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare executive reporting covering progress, risks, issues, decisions, and benefits realisation.
• Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, readiness, adoption, communications, and reinforcement activities.
• Support organisational design, capability frameworks, role clarity, transition planning, governance, and communities of practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management, Change Management, Communications, or a related discipline preferred.
• Experience leading or coordinating complex regional transformation, PMO, supply chain, operations, or business improvement programs.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, preparing executive-level reports, and influencing cross-functional decisions.
• Strong capabilities in change management, organisational design, stakeholder engagement, communications planning, and risk and issue management.
• Strong PMO discipline, facilitation, influencing, problem-solving, organisation, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and project or reporting tools.

Nice to have

• Project management, change management, or continuous improvement certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or Prosci.
• Experience developing job descriptions, capability frameworks, operating model changes, role designs, or transition plans.
