What you will do

• Define and implement the APAC-wide construction delivery model, including governance, standards, and organizational structure.
• Own the delivery of a portfolio of concurrent hyperscale and edge data centre builds across the region.
• Oversee multi-million dollar CapEx budgets and lead complex regional procurement and contract negotiations.
• Build and manage a resilient contractor and supplier ecosystem to mitigate supply chain constraints.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure designs are optimized for scalability, high-density compute, and liquid cooling.
• Represent the company in high-level executive and board-level stakeholder engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent.
• 15-20+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or mission-critical data centre construction.
• Proven leadership of multi-country, multi-billion-dollar capital programmes.
• Extensive track record in APAC markets with deep understanding of regional regulatory and supply chain dynamics.
• Deep technical familiarity with data centre infrastructure including power, cooling, and commissioning.
• Strong commercial experience in structuring and negotiating large-scale supplier frameworks.
