Senior Manager - Strategic Accounts (AI)

What you will do

• Manage multiple client accounts as the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships.
• Advocate for AI products and solutions by aligning their value with client needs.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth.
• Coordinate with sales, product, and support teams to deliver client solutions and resolve challenges.
• Develop account strategies, track performance metrics, and oversee onboarding.
• Gather client feedback and manage contract renewals and negotiations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably in AI or technology.
• Proven success managing client relationships and achieving sales or account growth targets.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their industry applications.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and account management software.
