Senior Presales Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives on discovery, qualification, and opportunity strategy across MENA markets.
• Lead technical discovery and translate customer needs into clear, credible solutions.
• Run outcome-led demos and workshops for technical, commercial, and executive audiences.
• Design solutions connecting customer business problems with hirify.global capabilities.
• Lead POV and POC activities, including the approach, success criteria, and technical requirements.
• Support technical proposals, RFPs, commercial conversations, and alignment with Product and Delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B technology pre-sales, ideally in SaaS, data, AI, MarTech, or related technology.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence engaging technical and commercial audiences.
• Ability to understand customer problems and turn them into compelling solutions.
• Experience running live demos, workshops, and unscripted technical conversations.
• Commercial awareness of how technical decisions influence the sales cycle.
• Strong cultural awareness and experience working across MENA markets.
