Operations Management Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead daily manufacturing operations and ensure achievement of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets.
• Develop operational strategies supporting business growth, capacity expansion, customer commitments, and plant capacity planning.
• Drive Lean, continuous improvement, productivity, quality, cycle-time, cost, and process optimization initiatives.
• Build and develop high-performing teams of managers, engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on new product introduction, product transitions, and manufacturing readiness.
• Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, operational budgets, compliance, and executive reporting on performance and risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 15+ years of manufacturing or operations leadership experience, including management of managers.
• Track record of driving operational excellence and leading large cross-functional organizations.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and personnel development skills.
• Ability to comply with safety, quality, regulatory, environmental, and business conduct requirements.
• The role may require extended standing, work in tight spaces, lifting, use of hand and power tools, and work in a clean room with required personal protective equipment.

• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, medical device, or other high-tech manufacturing environments.
