What you will do

• Lead operations training activities, including needs analysis, planning, and effectiveness measurement.
• Manage and improve On-the-Job Training (OJT) and certification systems to ensure employee competency.
• Develop training programs and materials in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Maintain and enhance Learning Management Systems (LMS) to streamline training workflows.
• Oversee factory waste management and plastic recycling streams in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Administer fixed asset scrap management and coordinate scrap sales for financial recovery.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Training, or a related discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing training, certification management, or workforce capability development.
• Proven experience leading or coordinating trainers or operational teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with LMS.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to surplus asset management, waste management, or sustainability activities.
• Familiarity with digital or video-based training tools.
