Manufacturing Manager (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, cost-effective production of quality products.
• Develop and execute manufacturing plans aligned with department goals and objectives.
• Ensure production plans, customer delivery commitments, and quality requirements are met at the lowest practical cost.
• Develop resource allocation and operational planning models.
• Manage capacity planning, space utilization, machine efficiency scorecards, and operational trends.
• Respond to operational changes and issues while driving production and headcount planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, such as Electronics and Communications, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 10 years of manufacturing experience in a senior production, engineering, or managerial role.
• Experience in the semiconductor and electronics industry is preferred.
• Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Just-in-Time, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Knowledge of OEE, Theory of Constraints, manufacturing costs, and financial governance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
