Senior Supervisor, Production (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead operations training, onboarding, OJT, certification, and train-the-trainer activities.
• Assess training effectiveness, monitor certification progress, prepare compliance reports, and address competency gaps.
• Develop and maintain training curricula, work instructions, presentations, assessments, and digital learning content.
• Maintain training databases, LMS platforms, and supporting workflows while identifying process improvements.
• Oversee factory waste management, plastic recycling streams, waste reporting, and diversion metrics.
• Manage fixed-asset scrap processes, vendor coordination, scrap sales, documentation, audit readiness, and financial recovery with Finance, EHS, and Facilities.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Training, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in operations or manufacturing training, certification management, or workforce capability development.
• Experience leading or coordinating trainers or operational teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, coaching, collaboration, reporting, documentation, and data-analysis skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems, digital training tools, and continuous improvement or compliance systems.

Nice to have

• Exposure to surplus asset management, waste management, or sustainability-related activities.
• Familiarity with digital or video-based training tools.
