Raw Material Planning Manager, China (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Own raw material planning across the 18–24-month S&OP and 4–6-week S&OE horizons for SBUs.
• Manage service levels, production continuity, inventory cash, and raw material space requirements for plants, PBUs, and SBUs.
• Facilitate monthly raw material sign-off, process governance, cadence, audits, and health improvements with supply planning, manufacturing, and QTech teams.
• Lead raw material planning discussions, network projects, supplier delivery performance, and materials management transformation.
• Collaborate with procurement and quality teams on source and part qualification, RM codes, trial production, and timely approvals.
• Ensure compliance with internal regulations, laws, customs, and international customs requirements with the supply chain logistics team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience in supply chain or operations management within an MNC manufacturing company.
• Experience leading, coaching, and managing teams.
• Ability to define, develop, and manage complex processes and drive efficiency improvements.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, quantitative, and analytical skills, including the ability to articulate complex issues.
• Knowledge of materials management, MRP, SAP, and SAP PP.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in supply chain planning and inventory management.
• End-to-end understanding of S&OP and S&OE, inventory strategy, and production planning.
