Territory Account Manager - Dairy

Location: Rama 9, Bangkok, Thailand (MRT Rama 9)

What you will do

• Manage assigned dairy accounts through ongoing service support, technical consultation, and sales development.
• Deliver application expertise and on-site execution for CIP hygiene programs, sanitation processes, customer training, and audits.
• Identify growth opportunities in existing dairy customers and develop new accounts through product, application, and process improvement recommendations.
• Execute sales activities and achieve targets within the dairy segment.
• Collaborate with Technical Service, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to implement solutions and provide ongoing customer support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, food engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in dairy production, QA/QC, sanitation, hygiene, technical service, or technical sales in the food industry.
• Fresh graduates with relevant dairy or food manufacturing internships are welcome.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, solve customer problems, and implement corrective actions.
• Proficient English communication and Microsoft Office skills are required.
