What you will do

• Provide sales and technical support to customers, balancing commercial activities with technical coordination.
• Prepare product technical documentation, specifications, and supporting materials, representing approximately 20% of the role.
• Monitor customer orders from placement through fulfillment and resolve execution issues in coordination with internal teams.
• Manage customer accounts and follow up on orders to maintain business continuity.
• Develop relationships with key accounts and regional customers, including customers in Northwest China and small to medium-sized customers in Guangdong.
• Collaborate with Customer Services, Supply Chain, Application Development, Marketing, and Sales to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of successful B2B sales experience in the food industry, ideally in beverages or related categories.
• Proven expertise in sales execution, project management, and pipeline development.
• Strong strategic, commercial, financial, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage customer stakeholders and align cross-functional teams across diverse functions, cultures, and geographies.
• Strong collaboration, influencing, coaching, and talent-development skills.
