What you will do

  • Build and manage strategic relationships with major dairy FMCG customers as a trusted partner.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans focusing on both short-term performance and long-term growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and supply chain teams in a matrix organization.
  • Lead customer negotiations and influence key decision-makers to drive successful outcomes.
  • Translate customer insights into tailored portfolio solutions with quantified value benefits.
  • Manage sales forecasting and account performance using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales and/or Marketing within the FMCG sector, preferably dairy or grocery.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of Value Selling and Account Management.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a complex matrix organization.
  • Confidence in presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Must be based in Australia or have valid work authorization (no international relocation provided).
