• Manage sales and develop business strategies for food processing and packaging equipment for key accounts.
• Oversee technical sales business development and the implementation of service account plans and targets.

• Define account-specific objectives and provide technical and portfolio recommendations for product development.
• Supervise, review, and provide performance feedback for professional employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Food Science, or related field (3+ years exp) OR Associate’s degree (5+ years exp).
• Experience with food processing manufacturing is required.
• Proven experience in quality assurance activities and developing production and quality plans.
• Technical expertise in dairy and beverage technologies.
• Experience with maintenance systems and food packaging/processing line data analysis.
• Ability to conduct performance evaluations of packaging and processing equipment.
