What you will do

• Manage and develop strong relationships with feed mills, integrated farms, and distributors.
• Analyze customer needs and propose tailored nutritional solutions and cost optimization strategies.
• Prepare and execute account plans and monitor product performance with technical teams.
• Coordinate with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Provide market insights and competitor activity reports to business management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Nutrition, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales or key account management within the animal feed industry.
• Strong understanding of animal nutrition and feed manufacturing processes.
• Proven negotiation, planning, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to meet clients across regions.
