Area Business Manager (Northern Wheatbelt of WA)

Location: Northern Wheatbelt of Western Australia, covering Northampton to Moora and Wongan Hills; remote work or work from the North Ryde office in Australia. Full and unrestricted working rights in Australia or New Zealand are required.

What you will do

• Drive territory sales growth through local initiatives, promotions, and commercial offers.
• Manage key accounts by negotiating terms, planning growth, and building long-term customer value.
• Enable agency partners through training, stock stewardship, and product rotation support.
• Collaborate with technical specialists on extension activities and new product launches.
• Represent hirify.global at field days, farmer meetings, and industry events.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Commerce, Agricultural Science, or equivalent experience.
• Proven B2B sales or account management experience in agriculture or agricultural chemicals; hirify.globalG, industrial, or adjacent-sector experience is also considered.
• Strong negotiation, planning, and pipeline management skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across retail networks and end users.
• Ability to work autonomously and stay proactive and organized across a large territory.
• Full and unrestricted working rights in Australia or New Zealand, including citizenship, permanent residency, or an own valid work visa.
