What you will do
- Prepare project plans and coordinate deliverables from planning through implementation.
- Drive project tasks using reports, tracking charts, checklists, and process-improvement matrices.
- Coordinate internal resources to achieve on-time and within-budget project performance.
- Monitor and report project cost performance to the business unit.
- Participate in intra-business-unit design teams and contribute to technical development.
- Research project obstacles and assist with implementing solutions.
Requirements
- Conceptual and practical expertise in the relevant discipline, with basic knowledge of related disciplines.
- Knowledge of best practices and how the area integrates with other business functions.
- Ability to solve complex problems by analyzing information from multiple sources.
- Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
- Ability to support less-experienced colleagues and lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
