Transformation Project Manager (Pricing and Rebates)

Location: Shenzhen, China, with additional locations in Beijing, Chengdu, Hainan Sheng, and Shanghai. Hybrid work model with regular on-site work at the assigned hirify.global site.

hirify.global develops semiconductor technologies and operates a global Customer Incentive Governance organization focused on pricing and rebate processes, compliance, operational efficiency, and transformation.

What you will do

• Drive regional transformation initiatives in line with global objectives, milestones, and strategic roadmaps.
• Act as the liaison between regional stakeholders and global program teams, maintaining communication and alignment.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics.
• Lead readiness activities, including change management, communications, training coordination, adoption planning, and deployment reviews.
• Document current-state and future-state pricing and rebate workflows and identify opportunities for standardization and efficiency.
• Coordinate UAT, prioritize business requirements, resolve issues, and support production readiness and go-live decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of business or operational experience in pricing, finance, process engineering, compliance, and/or program management.
• Alternatively, 6+ years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
• Business process knowledge in pricing and rebates, strong project management skills, and the ability to work in ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-influence skills across regions, business functions, and senior leadership groups.
• This position is not eligible for hirify.global immigration sponsorship.

• 2+ years of experience with hirify.global pricing or rebate dynamics.
