GMP Technician

What you will do

• Maintain assigned areas in a clean, orderly, and GMP-controlled condition.
• Perform sanitization and repetitive cleaning tasks involving walls, floors, windows, wipe-downs, and shutdown cleaning.
• Follow customer and SBM standard operating procedures, safety rules, and personal protective equipment requirements.
• Support the shift lead with punch-list items, work orders, and internally identified issues.
• Complete daily FN logs and respond professionally to customers, supervisors, coworkers, and managers.
• Act as an area fill-in when general staff shortages occur.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment upkeep, cleaning compounds, and safe chemical use.
• Completion of all required safety, task, chemical-safety, and annual qualification training.
• Training and certification in correct gowning procedures for the assigned area.
• Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds; a valid driver's license or forklift certification may be required.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six months to one year of relevant experience.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certification.
