Washroom Technician

Location: Onsite in Monmouth Junction, New Jersey, United States; Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM third shift

Pay rate: $20 per hour

Privately owned biopharmaceutical company developing and commercializing medicines for ADHD, spectrum disorders, anxiety, pain, addiction, and other therapeutic categories.

What you will do

• Clean manufacturing equipment and instrumentation according to SOPs, cGMPs, FDA standards, and production schedules.
• Provide a continuous flow of products and components to manufacturing areas and keep supplies organized and in stock.
• Support daily cleaning of vaults, floors, hallways, and other facility areas.
• Assist with general manufacturing activities as needed.
• Follow work orders and specifications precisely while adhering to plant safety policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret safety policies, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, use PPE, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability and willingness to work additional hours when required by business needs.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing procedures, federal regulations, SOPs, and cGMP systems is preferred.
