Associate Supply Chain Leader (Transportation)

Location: Temple, Texas, United States; work is performed in a distribution center and office environment, with travel, flexible schedules, nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Salary: USD 57,600 per year

What you will do

• Complete a structured six-month leadership development program with training, workshops, business-area exposure, and networking.
• Develop knowledge of supply chain operations across manufacturing, warehouse, transportation, and eCommerce fulfillment.
• Coach and develop Partners while supporting positive workplace relations and daily business goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators, identify causes of equipment damage, and take action to improve performance and equipment life.
• Promote facility safety and ensure compliance with internal practices, external policies, procedures, and governance.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries and make necessary corrections.

Requirements

• 1+ year of related experience or a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of the industry and applicable EEOC and employment laws.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical, project management, negotiating, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, shift focus, work across temperature zones, travel with overnight stays, and follow OSHA requirements.
